Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Original packaging and proof of purchase required


Non-Returnable Items

  • Limited releases / drops
  • Custom or pre-order items


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.



Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed for sizing issues only, subject to availability.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Chargebacks

 

Chargebacks should not be used as a replacement for contacting our customer support.


Before filing a chargeback, customers must:

  • Contact us regarding order issues
  • Allow reasonable time for resolution

 

 

Unauthorized or unjustified chargebacks may result in:

  • Immediate account restriction
  • Cancellation of future orders
  • Permanent ban from purchasing


 

Fraud Prevention

To protect against fraud, we actively monitor all transactions.

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel any order flagged as high-risk
  • Request additional verification (government ID, billing confirmation, or proof of authorization)
  • Refuse service if verification is not provided




Proof of Fulfillment

For chargeback disputes, IMMINENT may submit evidence including but not limited to:

  • Order confirmation
  • Shipping confirmation
  • Carrier tracking information
  • Delivery confirmation
  • IP address and transaction data
  • Communication records

Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled.



Lost, Stolen, or Incorrect Chargebacks

 

IMMINENT is not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as delivered but claimed as not received
  • Theft after delivery
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

Filing a chargeback for these reasons is considered misuse.

 


 

Friendly Fraud

Filing a chargeback after receiving an item or without contacting us first is considered friendly fraud and may be reported to payment processors.

 


 

Limited Releases & Drops

All limited releases, drops, and exclusive items are final sale unless otherwise stated. Chargebacks related to sizing, buyer’s remorse, or delayed delivery will be disputed.

 



Legal Action

IMMINENT reserves the right to pursue legal action or collections for fraudulent chargebacks when necessary.
